Intro: Guilt is easily the biggest theme and most notable human emotional trait in this book. it will be easy to find and identify guilt in any chapter throughout this book. It will be mostly in Amir, But also in other characters in the book like Hassan.
This is a very good picture for guilt because guilt can be like a constant burden in someones life. Just like this man with the huge bolder attached to his back. Guilt can make everything in your life a lot more difficult than it has to be. This picture is also very relevant because it shows that guilt is not that easy to live with, or to just get rid of. Guilt is very hard to get rid of or forget about, because it is a internal feeling and pain that you slowly have to deal with and just accept.
